Departure normally until: 12 noon

Reservation and payment

After submitting us your reservation form by e-mail or fax, we will send you a confirmation.

After our confirmation, we will charge a deposit of 30% of the complete amount to your credit card. The outstanding payment of 70% will be charged automatically from your credit card at 60 days before your arrival on Bali.

Last-Minute-bookings or bookings within less than 45 days in front of your arrival will be charged in full (one payment of 100%) after our confirmation.

Cancellation

Cancellations are free of charge after our written confirmation when received within 60 days in front of your arrival on Bali. After this date, we cannot accept anycancellation.

Insurance and liability

For your personal protection we recommend to check your policies, making sure that you are protected for the following claims or losses:


	travel insurance with cancellation insurance
	accident, disease
	transportation to your home country
	theft
	force majeure, phenomena

Conclusion of an insurance policy is your personal liability.

Villa Damai, the proprietor and the host accept no liabilities whatsoever.
